Here at FAC, kids are learning about Jesus through interactive teaching, videos, games, and the relationships they develop with their leaders and peers.
We realize that kids learn through hands-on experiences and we desire to give them time and space to process faith questions. The conversations we have on Sunday morning are meant to stick with them all week long.
1. Help kids take the next step in their relationship with Jesus.
2. Develop leaders in all ministry areas who serve with excellence.
3. Partner with parents by providing tools that help develop an everyday faith.
What to Expect
When you arrive, you'll be welcomed by a friendly greeter and guided to the check-in station located in the foyer. A volunteer will gather basic information so each child can receive a nametag and you can get a security tag, which you use to pick them up.
Babies, toddlers, and preschool kids can be dropped of in their respective areas anytime after 10:45am, wghere they will be lovingly cared for by qualified leaders. The nursery and preschool rooms are located very close to the check-in area and restrooms. Snacks are available, so make sure to alert the leaders if your kids have any allergies.
Kids in K-5th grade have a fantastic opportunity each Sunday morning to learn more about God and His big story. They start with parents in the sanctuary for family worship before getting dismissed to the gym for large group activities. Following the Bible video, they break into small groups.
Once the church service is over, parents are asked to promptly pick up your kids from each ministry area. Present yoru security tag to the classroom leader, who will verrify that it matches the code on your child's nametag.
Connect at Home
We believe that parents have more influence in the lives of their children than we evere could on Sunday mornings. We want to combine the influences of home and church to develop a faith in kids that thrives beyond Sundays, since lots of life happens Monday-Saturday. Be sure to look at what kids are learning this summer!
