We're putting together a worship team schedule for Sunday services until the end of January, and we'd love to have you join us! We're not just looking for singers and instrumentalists - those of you who can set up a microphone or advance a slideshow can help too! Home Cooking Ministry
There is an occasional need at FAC for people to make meals for families recovering from illness or the birth of a child. If you can cook, you can help! Sign up at church or call the office if you would like to be available. |
KIDZSPACE
Everyone add a piece!
KIDZSPACE is getting ready to launch our opportunities for kids to know God, love life and serve others. This year, let God use you in this critically important ministry! Each leader adds a unique piece of the puzzle according to their skills and God-given talents. Whether you're called to Teach, Assist, Welcome, Photograph, Administrate, Pray, or Appreciate, there's a part for everyone! Stay tuned to find out how you can get involved.
KIDZ CAMP Is Over!
Our "active exploration of our awesome God" concluded this Sunday for summer 2010. The KIDZ CAMP Project fed 5,589 kids in Honduras! Thanks so much to all who attended, helped out, and donated.
KIDZ CHALLENGE Fall Session 2010
Mark your calendars! KIDZ CHALLENGE, the fall series of action-packed Friday nights for elementary-school-aged kids, is starting soon. These six high-energy, team-building events will be held at FAC on October 8, October 22, November 5, November 19, December 3 and December 10. Don't miss out! |
Youth
High School Parent Meeting - September 12
There will be a meeting at FAC for all the parents of high schoolers in our youth ministry, on Sunday, September 12 right after church. We'll be taking a bit of time to talk about what is coming up for the youth ministry in this coming school year. Parents of high schoolers, please try to make it! The meeting should only run an hour, and lunch is provided.
Middle School Pool Party
Middle schoolers, get ready for another exciting end-of-summer event! On Saturday night, September 11, you're invited to a pool party at the home of John & Tammy Bell. Don't miss it - we're looking forward to seeing you there! The party runs from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., but we will meet at FAC to carpool over there for anyone who needs a ride.
High School COSMIC BOWLING
If you're in high school, you won't want to miss out on the fun Saturday night, September 25. We're going cosmic bowling! Time is TBD, but it'll be late at night. Get ready for an evening of high-speed, glow-in-the-dark disco bowling you won't forget! Mark your calendars now for September 25. We'll put more information in this space soon. |
